Al-Tamimi Medical University have all essential department of Medicine and surgery and experienced faculty members are providing their best to students.
The department of Anatomy is one of the basic departments of the medical profession. Anatomy is the “mother” of all medical sciences and a “Sine quanon” basic science, which is the foundation of medical knowledge.
Department of Community Medicine imparts Medical students with latest preventive strategies as well as health education and communication modalities to deal with major public health problems on local as well as global level.
The foundation of Department is laid by a dedicated, well trained, energetic and professional team, which is utilizing latest knowledge & technology available round the clock and playing its part with multimodality approach for timely diagnosis of health issues and research projects.
We have also developed a state of the art indoor facility with temperate controlled environment, executive offices for doctors and nurses, segregated general wards for male and female patients, one distinct ward for Joint replacement surgery patients and a fully equipped digital library to store our entire patient’s data in a systematic way.
Pharmacology is a discipline of medical science which deals with all aspects of drugs. The primary academic objective of the department is to educate undergraduate medical students of third year M.B.B.S. regarding fundamental knowledge of drugs and train them in rational use of drugs.
The Pediatric Department offers a great patient exposure, knowledge, excellent learning experience for under- & post-graduate students. There is round the clock residential cover of Senior Registrars in Pediatric Emergency to ensure quality patient care.
Pathology is said to form a bridge between the basic and clinical sciences.
The department is divided into four main sections namely Histopathology, Haematology, Microbiology and Chemical Pathology.
Department of Radiology is a stopover for a large number of patients. Services provided play an integral and ever increasing role in the diagnosis, treatment, sometimes offering management and often predicting outcome of disease in patients who pass through the hospital corridors.
Our aim is to ensure quality diagnostic service delivery with care and respect, and to properly train doctors in an environment that favors creativity & diversity. We get to see every type of patient and a variety of health issues, therefore, it becomes imperative to expand our services to stay at the forefront among our contemporaries.
