Dr. Hafiz M. Arsalan is currently working as Assistant Professor/Head of Department Pathology in Altamimi Bachelor Clinical University in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. He has more than 7 years of academic and research experience in field of Health and Allied Health sciences. He has published more than 25 research articles in the field of Medical sciences.

Pathology is said to form a bridge between the basic and clinical sciences. The Department of Pathology at ABC Academy, is well known for its active involvement in academic and research activities. It also provides diagnostic facilities to patients. The department is divided into four main sections namely Histopathology, Haematology, Microbiology and Chemical Pathology.Its distinguishing feature. During the recent COVID-19 pandemic, a dedicated Corona Lab was established which played a pivotal role in the fight against the deadly disease.
- Along with the teaching and training of undergraduate medical students, the department is also recognized by CPSP and University of Health Sciences for FCPS and M Phil training in Haematology and Histopathology.
- Editorial office of Journal of ABC Academy is also located here. It is managed by Dr Muhammad Arsalan who is highly respected for his dedication to ABC Academy. Currently, there are approximately 50 research projects running in the department.
